Ok this ball is the definition of smooth and versatile. As a no thumber I usually can not find a ball to play straight up. Last night I played up the 8 board. Then I decided to see how it reacted to my normal line. Moved to 25 and threw to 10. I was worried it wasn't coming back, then it snapped and nailed the pocket. In my opinion it is close to the LE. Don't sleep on this one. The diamond core makes it a great ball.

I drilled my Iron Diamond to move with a 3 3/8" pin...VERY strong up front at 360 grit, but does not completely burn up like traditional urethane does for me most times. The Dynasty core also gets through the pins nicely for me. For tricky patterns or houses, even speed-dominant players like me will find a use for this diamond in the rough.

best urethane feel i’ve ever thrown, very true and continuous/smooth reaction

For me this is a pretty typical urethane ball really smooth reaction but definitely does not lack hitting power

As someone who has a very high track, I struggle to be able to throw urethane in general. This ball definitely has broken that trend. With a layout of 90 x 3.5 x 30, I am able to get enough flare out of this ball to be able to create that smooth rolling ball motion without it burning up super quick. Great piece to have when bowling on the short and medium sport shot patterns. However, you can still throw it on house and have the ability to control the head pin when the lanes get sloppy. Great piece to have in the bag.

Very controllable. I haven't had a chance to use it as a strike ball in league yet, but I have used it in practice. A little too strong to be a spare ball unless you take your hand out of it. Drilled mine 45 x 5 x 45.

As the number of candles on my birthday cakes increased (84 at last count) my ball speed has decreased (11 mph at the pin deck now) and my reactive resin Lane Masters (only brand I throw) were hooking more.
Then along came the Iron Diamond to the rescue. I kept increasing the finish grit number and the shinier the ball got the higher the scores got. Now at 5000 grit and the last three games totalled 655. Thank you for creating this gem!

Very strong urethane for what it is. Left it box surface and ball performed amazing for a simple urethane ball put a decent strong drilling on it for my style can use in first couple games. A very good urethane ball for the price point. I would say one of the best solid urethanes on the market today.

450+ rev rate, 16-17 mph. I've had this ball for a year now and I couldn't be happier with it. It may cost more than a Pitch Black, but I believe it's that much better. The motion is perfect for urethane, and the two-piece construction makes the ball hit like a runaway train. Get one, no regrets.

325-350 rev 15 mph I am using this ball to shoot my 10 pins. when the lanes break down or are dry I move right and play straight up 7 it goes down lane and runs straight to the pocket. Loving this ball been rolling it for 3 weeks.

Layout: 5 1/2 x 6 x 1 1/2 (Mo Pinel's no-thumb method). I'm usually not a huge fan of urethane, but it's good to have at least one in your arsenal. Since the Iron Diamond is a 2-piece ball & has my favorite core, the Dynasty, I decided to order one. I'm glad I did! The Iron Diamond is very smooth with a readable arcing hook. So far, it has been an excellent investment on the PBA 33' Cheetah pattern & a couple nights when a nearby house's THS ended up very spotty. If you're on the fence on trying a urethane for shorter or light patterns, I highly recommend the Iron Diamond!

By far the best urethane ball I have ever thrown out of the box it was not as controllable as I would like. Ut oven I scuffed this ball up it was unbelievably good. Love this ball,,, IMO your missing out if you don't add this one to your arsenal.

This is the best urethane ball I've ever thrown. If you haven't purchased one of these your missing out. Add a bit of surface and this ball will certainly get the job done!

Smooth urethane for a variety of conditions. Very predictable, very smooth, and the two piece construction just seems to add extra pop compared to other urethane balls. A must for the bag on sport conditions.

I purchased this ball due to the lack of oil, needless to say after struggling for 2 months with resin, I switched to the Iron Diamond and shot my first 800 in that center. 279,269,256 for a 804 series on 11/11/2019. The ball hits like a Mack Truck. I highly recommend having this ball in your bag.

This ball is an excellent ball for dry lanes or very short patterns. Ball easy to read and smooth control hook. If looking for a strong controllable ball that is a true urethane this is the ball to have !!!

This has slowly became my go to ball. Originally got this ball for sports pattern. However, have been using it on everything. Can hook it or just go down and in depending on lane conditions. Hits hard.

I love how this ball reacts on our wood lanes when they dry out! Very smooth motion with lots of hitting power! This is a great ball that I will use often!

This ball is definitely a Diamond in the rough. It's very predictable not snappy but this ball moves a lot of boards for me. I have thrown it on heavy and tore up lanes. I generally go to this ball if my BP Hunter is grabbing to much and my BP Blue Ocean leaving 10 pins. I can stand in the same spot and the Diamond crushes the pins. Oh and I can still use this for a spare ball to pick up 10 pins. Great ball and honestly stronger than I expected for a urethane.

Finally a ball with some surface and built for dry. Can move in lighter oil conditions but when its dry very clean with great motion without losing its energy. Haven't tested on heavier volumes but can play outside and get up the lane on short patterns. A very good tournament piece especially for the second squad #musthave #sportpatternkiller
